Welcome to Vastu AI: Home & Office Expert (“App”, “Service”, “Vastu AI”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
When creating an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Email Authentication, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information where required for personalized Vastu guidance and consultations.
Vastu AI offers Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime VIP Membership plans. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Google Play account before the renewal period.
All payments are securely processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store payment card details, bank information, or UPI credentials. Refund requests are subject to Google Play Store policies and must be requested directly through Google Play Support.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or copy the App; use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the Service; attempt to bypass usage limits; upload malicious or unlawful content; or interfere with the operation or security of the Service. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
All content, trademarks, branding, logos, software, Vastu Compass designs, reports, graphics, AI-generated layouts, and user interface elements are owned by Vastu AI and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the App may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Educational and Informational Purposes Only: The information, remedies, suggestions, Panchang data, Muhurat recommendations, horoscope content, and Vastu guidance provided by the App are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.
Not Professional Advice: The App does not provide architectural, engineering, structural, medical, financial, legal, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making major structural, financial, legal, health-related, or business decisions.
No Guaranteed Results: Vastu AI does not guarantee any specific financial, spiritual, personal, business, relationship, health, or material outcomes resulting from use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, accurate, or complete, or that all device hardware will provide identical compass accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vastu AI, its developers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, reliance on Vastu recommendations, financial or personal decisions made, device sensor inaccuracies, or technical failures.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature, AI model, premium plan, or portion of the Service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
